How to Play

• 1. How do I enter the competition?

  To enter dial *111# or complete the activation instructions on http://trivia.mymtc.mobi.
  
  Dial *111# and select Trivia Unlimited.

• 2. How do I opt-out of the competition?

  If you no longer wish to participate in the VIP part of the competition, dial *111# and go to “My Profile” to opt-out.
  
  You can also opt out of content services via *111# select 9 - Manage Services. To opt-out via SMS, check the Welcome SMS for the SMS keyword and SMS code.

• 3. Can I re-enter the competition after I have opted-out?

  Yes. You can always opt-in to VIP again by dialing *111#. Any points you earned during a previous session will carry over to the new session.

• 4. How do I check how many points I have?

  You can check your balance at any time on the “My Profile” section on *111# or on the main web platform www.trivia.mymtc.mobi.

• 5. How many trivia questions can I answer each day?

  Method 1: Recharge-to-Play
  Users automatically earn trivia questions upon recharging their airtime with the following top-ups:

  Notification: An SMS is sent post-recharge confirming the number of questions awarded.

  Flow: Once free questions are exhausted, you will be prompted to either subscribe to the VIP tier or purchase top-ups to continue playing (coming soon).

  Method 2: VIP Subscription

  • Cost: N$3 per day
  • Benefit: 5 daily trivia questions

  You can subscribe to VIP and, upon initial successful subscription, immediately receive questions. Thereafter only upon successful billing.

  
  

  Method 3: Upsells

  • Cost: N$3 per day
  • Benefit: 3 daily trivia questions

  You can subscribe to Upsells and, upon initial successful subscription, immediately receive questions. Thereafter only upon successful billing.

  Frequency:

  • Every 3 questions you receive an upsell or when you have completed all questions.
  • Once a user is VIP and runs out of questions, upsell prompts will appear.

• 6. What prizes can I win?

  By participating in Trivia Unlimited, you may stand the chance to win a share of the following prize:

  • Instant daily airtime prizes - to the total value of N$400,000
    • There will be a maximum of 100 winners per day.
    • The value of an instant airtime prize is N$10.
  • Prizes are strictly non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

• 7. How will I be notified that I have won?

  Airtime winners will be notified via SMS only.

• 8. When will the winners be announced?

  Airtime prize winners will be chosen at random throughout the day. These prizes are awarded electronically in real time and winners will receive an SMS notification of the prize.

  • Airtime prizes will be recharged automatically to the winner’s airtime balance.

• 9. How are points allocated?

  Point are allocated for specific actions you take during the game according to the table below:

• 10. Can I win more than one prize?

  You can win more than once in the daily airtime draws.
